Our History
Preston Parks is a quiet, peaceful holiday home site situated in a beautiful countryside location, in the pretty village of Manston and is made up of four areas: "Maytree", "Jameson", "Orchard", "Woodlands" and "Ashton". Each area offers something slightly different for all needs.
We have our own private woodlands and picnic area for you to escape to and enjoy, as well as an exciting play area for the children.

Maytree Park accommodates a small community of thirty static caravans. Separate from the main park, Maytree Park long season holiday makers enjoy the pleasures of a quiet, friendly neighbourhood set in beautiful surroundings.

Jameson Park is the largest of the Parks. Set in mature surroundings, Jameson Park has the most visitors yet maintains it's peaceful and tranquil environment.

Orchard Park features some of the original fruit trees from the historical orchard established in 1880. The beautiful surroundings encompass generous size plots for the caravans providing an idyllic environment.

Woodlands Park is the newest and elite Park welcoming long season holiday makers with all the luxuries of modern living with piped gas, open plan spacing and landscape gardening.

Ashton Park is separate from all the Parks. A place where you can roam in the private woodlands, ride your bike, have fun in the play area or enjoy a picnic in style.

The park is open in March until 17th January, making it a very long season.
Our offices are open all year round including bank holidays, except for a short Christmas break when the offices are open for limited hours.

We allow one dog per home, which must be kept under control at all times.
